• Lead brand campaigns from idea development to execution with unwavering obsession with consumer and culture to deliver breakthrough strategies and disruptive creative briefs, ensuring flawless experience across all consumer touchpoints • Lead and collaborate with internal and external partners, including experiential, PR, social, digital, media, and tech teams to execute the successful launch of brand campaigns • Lead external agency across both creative and integrated comms strategy & planning • Shape brand strategy and product innovation, driving impact and measuring success against established KPIs. • Drive decision-making through a spirit of business ownership -- contributing a clear financial understanding of the business. • Assess the continuous evolution of the competitive landscape, consumer insights, new societal trends, and culture • Work closely with social leads, media agency and creative partners to improve and future proof creative development strategies • Additional duties as assigned.
• Experience in Brand or Product Marketing, Integrated Communications & Media Planning, Cultural Marketing, and managing complex initiatives • Strong communication, attention to detail and organizational skills • Culture obsessed, creative thinker continuously pushing against status quo • Successful track record of campaign management • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, cross-collaboration, and team skills • Ability to solve problems both independently and as part of a team • Curious and positively resilient • Experience in using consumer insights and data to drive decision-making • Experience working with (and maintains active connections with) internal and external creative teams and agency partners
