Description
• Conduct complex data analysis operations to extract deep insights and provide strategic recommendations that drive critical business decisions and competitive advantage. • Lead the development and optimization of advanced reports and dashboards, ensuring they deliver clear, impactful data visualizations that align with senior management's strategic needs. • Oversee data collection processes, ensuring high standards of data integrity and security. Implement and maintain data governance practices to ensure data quality across the organization. • Act as a key advisor to business units and executive management, interpreting data findings and recommending data-driven strategies. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure alignment of BI initiatives with organizational goals. • Lead initiatives to improve and innovate BI processes and tools. Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities and business outcomes. • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and design trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Foster a culture of learning and experimentation within the team.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, data science, or a related field • Customer-oriented attitude and ability to tell a compelling and actionable story with data • Strong SQL skills (Snowflake) • Ability to design and operationalize efficient data sources (data modeling, ETL, etc.) • Familiarity with Python for data analysis and scheduling in Airflow • Strong data visualization skills and experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) • Track record of delivering data-driven outcomes and insights, and influencing business and technology decisions. • Passionate about food.
