• Provide strategic consultation on organization design and effectiveness, workforce planning, talent and performance management, and employee and team development. • Play an integral role in employee listening, proposing and implementing programs to boost employee engagement, well-being, and success. • Enable the business through our end-to-end performance and growth process: goal setting, talent review, performance assessment, promotion & rewards planning, and development planning. • Collaborate with HRBP and HR CoE colleagues for effective implementation of Sysdig HR programs and initiatives in the region, and support unique region-specific needs. • Work closely with legal counsel to manage employee relations matters, investigations, and exits in a way that aligns with our values and policies.
• 10+ years of total HR/HRBP experience in global environments, preferably with high-tech experience in both rapid growth start-up and more mature company environments. • People leadership and management skills and experience. • Ability to operate strategically, while also being comfortable driving day-to-day activities. • A bias for action, with the tenacity and desire to get things done and have an impact. • Analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from data and provide recommendations/solutions.
