Description
• Lead marketing strategy for the Habit Burger Grill to drive brand growth agenda. • Unleash the power of consumer insights and analytics to fuel strategies and develop plans. • Build relationships through clear communication style and partnership mentality. • Inspire a high-performing team of two direct reports, supporting their development.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred • Minimum 10 years of directly applicable marketing experience required • Minimum 4 years of experience leading marketing strategy; demonstration of good strategic and creative sensibilities • Growth-orientated, big-picture thinker who can also manage details and complexity. • Based in or relocated to Irvine, CA, and the ability to work a hybrid schedule (approximately 2-3 days per week in the office)
