Description

•Oversight for the accounting teams as lead by the three Controllers and two Directors •Support for external Accounting and Tax Firms including requested schedules •Management – Hiring, Development and Retention across financial transaction teams •Review and/or generation of all General Ledger Transactions for TCI Property Management Companies •Lead role in supporting the Risk Management Program to optimize insurance coverage •Responsible for various aspects of Corporate Governance across multiple legal entities •Core Roles and Responsibilities

Requirements

•Four-year Degree in Accounting or Finance + CPA (preferred) &/or MBA (Preferred) •10+ Years’ experience in audit, accounting, and finance leadership •Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles and practices •Advanced level of system acumen and experience across multiple ERP Platforms •Proven Data Analytics skillset •Excellent business acumen and experience in business strategy development and execution •Passion for building organizational talent and improving overall financial acumen across the organization
