Description
• The API Support Specialist will manage public API support tickets • Assist customers in utilizing the API effectively • Ensure all related documentation is current and comprehensive • Involve direct interaction with customers and certification of new integrations • Collaborate with the development team to maintain API standards and functionality
Requirements
• Familiarity with RESTful API design principles • Strong written communication skills in English • Experience in a customer support role, particularly within a technical environment • Experience with Ruby is desirable • Experience with Git • Knowledge of web development technologies and protocols
