Description

• Optimize sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Support the Chief Revenue Officer in managing the revenue operations and management process. • Monitor and mentor the sales team, ensuring alignment with overall revenue strategies. • Coordinate with Regional leaders and ensure adherence to reporting, accuracy of forecasting, and overall revenue discipline. • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies aligned with company goals. • Set long-term objectives and create actionable plans to achieve revenue targets • Ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and customer success teams. • Utilize data analytics to interpret revenue data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. • Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs). • Manage revenue forecasting and budgeting processes. • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed. • Streamline operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity. • Implement process improvement methodologies and best practices. • Develop a high-performing revenue operations team. • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 12+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful revenue strategies. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability and experience in handling senior leadership team members. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • In depth understanding of sales and marketing processes. • Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting. • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
