Description

•Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies. •Analyze market trends and competitor activities. •Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. •Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients. •Lead the preparation of proposals and pitches for clients. •Mentor and supervise Business Development team members. •Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities.

Requirements

•10+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or related fields. •Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a relevant discipline. •Native or bilingual proficiency in both Japanese and English. •Strong communication and presentation skills in both languages. •Proven experience in client relationship management within the entertainment industry, ideally in the anime/manga sector. •Exceptional project management and organizational skills. •Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. •Experience in strategic planning and execution within a U.S.-based organization. •Understanding of licensing and distribution models in the entertainment industry. •Skills in digital marketing and analytics. •Interest or background in anime and manga subculture. •Experience coordinating international operations or teams.
