• Market Expansion: Develop and implement channel expansion and sales strategies in the U.S. yacht market. • Channel Development: Establish and manage nationwide offline sales channels. • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain close contact with key customers. • Sales Goals: Set and achieve sales targets. • Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of channel development experience in the yacht, luxury goods, or related industries. • Excellent market analysis and strategy formulation skills. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to adapt to frequent travel. • Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
