• Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities with consumer brands, agency partners, and other target sectors. • Work closely with management to develop an efficient sales process flow, targeted lists, marketing strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business. • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies. • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services. • Provide guidance and be a mentor for junior members of the team. • Report on weekly activity. • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities, appointments, and closed deals.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent years of experience in another related area of study (A must) • 4+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience (A must) • Experience working with a production company and/or digital agency, as well as knowledge of the industry and pitching services. (A must) • Expert knowledge of digital marketing and production • Strong track record of engaging with C-level executives • Proven performance, winning the support of key stakeholders • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals • Experience actively managing an entire pipeline of prospects and moving leads through the sales pipeline. • Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist • Excellent communication and presentation skills • A team player and collaborator • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment • Strong work ethic • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual • High energy and positive attitude • Excellent written/verbal communication skills • Ability to understand customer pain points and identify potential solutions
