• 10+ years experience working within Law Enforcement or NGOs in child protection. • Previous experience managing and leading a team. • Proven proficiency in business strategy and execution. • Exceptional communication skills across various mediums. • Capacity to navigate between strategic vision and operational execution. • Experience in project management planning and delivery. • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. • Ability to remain calm under pressure. • Meticulous attention to detail in dynamic environments. • Self-reflective nature for continuous improvement. • Commitment to children’s needs at the center of actions.
