• We are looking for a mission-driven, quantitative thinker to drive business strategy at Tia • Individual will play a key role measuring, monitoring and reporting on business performance • Thrive on quick analysis and fast decision-making while effectively bringing others along • Enjoy limited hand holding but knows when and how to effectively loop in others for feedback • Strong leadership presence with ability to run key operating cadences for the company • Highly driven to find the bone – analytical, curious, determined, thoughtful, thorough and mission oriented
Requirements
• At least >8 years of working experience • Preference for an individual from strategic finance, consulting or product management background • Experience building financial models and business cases necessary • Experience in healthcare strategy / operations and awareness of RCM / payor related revenue collection processes is desired • Experience working with executive teams a plus • SQL, Excel skill set required; experience working in Tableau a plus
