• Focus on building trustful, committed distributors at the highest organizational level • Ensure indirect channel partners are aggressively representing and promoting TP-Link branded products • Support other TP-Link Sales team members for growth opportunities in the channel • Achieve Revenue and profitability for TP-Link Products • Forecast and drive inventory at the distribution level • Direct selling activities with targeted distribution promotions • Efficiently communicate with the regional sales team and TP-Link business teams • Evaluate market trends and identify trends affecting sales and profitability growth
• Networking industry or related industry preferred • Bachelor's Degree • Experience with managing Graybar, Power & Tel is PREFERRED • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation • Working Knowledge of B2B Market segment with a 2-tier approach • Strong closing skills, with proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills • Ability to learn and retain product-specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers • Familiarity in measuring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPI) and CRM • Able toTravel as needed
