• Inside Sales Account Representative responsible for achieving revenue growth objectives • Source new sales opportunities through Inbound emails from the sales force • Understand customer needs and requirements to provide best product recommendations • Follow weekly KPI's to ensure goal alignment • Help generate sales opportunities and brand awareness
• Experience in Networking industry or related industry preferred • Minimum 2 years of college recommended • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation • Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position • Familiarity with measuring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPI) and CRM
