• Conduct in-depth analyses of global users’ home environments to understand and identify their real needs. • Quickly assess and summarize competitor product features. • Dive into research on new technologies conducive to enhancing user experience. • Define market-leading smart video doorbell products by leveraging market research, user feedback, and technology trends. • Develop product roadmaps and plan for product iterations and feature development. • Create comprehensive product requirement documents to guide the design and development teams. • Actively articulate product features, user value, and competitive advantages. • Collaborate with product and development teams in both China and the United States. • Collaborate with the global sales team to create monthly product production plans. • Monitor and optimize user feedback post-product launch.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field. • 5-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior role. • Proven experience in product planning, definition, and management, covering the full product lifecycle from concept to market launch. • Strong technical understanding and ability to engage in technical decision-making. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Experience working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results
