• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field. • 5-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior role. • Proven experience in product planning, definition, and management, covering the full product lifecycle from concept to market launch. • Strong technical understanding and ability to engage in technical decision-making. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Experience working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results
