Description
• Manage, maintain, and retain dealer accounts within an assigned book of business • Advocate for dealer success to reduce churn and problem-solve issues • Onboard, train and support dealer accounts • Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealer leadership • Support a team environment with strong morale
Requirements
• Demonstrated success in relationship management in the automotive industry • Tech-savvy with the ability to interpret and present data • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM • Ability to travel domestically up to 25% • Automotive dealership experience is a plus
