Description
• Responsible for supporting recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions. • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to ensure an efficient recruitment process.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required. • Must have minimum of two years of experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
