Description

• Leading financial systems process improvements, including refinement and automation of close processes and reporting • Ownership of how account mappings impact other teams such as FP&A and External Reporting • Ensuring that inter-company relationships and transactions are correctly identified and set up in SAP • Assisting subsidiary accounting teams on a variety of topics including the design and implementation of standardized processes, internal controls, and ongoing monitoring activities • SME and lead other users on best practices and efficient use of the ERP system (SAP) and other finance related data sources • Maintaining and providing audit support as requested by internal and external auditors • Special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business preferred, CPA Preferred • 10+ years of experience in an accounting role, including a mix of public accounting and / or industry backgrounds • Ability to manage multiple competing objectives, take ownership, deliver on commitments • Extensive with financial systems experience (SAP required) with knowledge of data structure and reporting requirements; BlackLine and OneStream Experience (preferred) • International and multi-site experience • Experience working in rapid, start-up-like environment
