•This is a critical product leadership position within our Platforms and Services Organization, responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of our Identity, Security, Data Platform, and Enterprise Product Technology portfolios. •As the Manager of Product Management, you will enhance customer trust by creating delightful user experiences that secure user data and support internal teams in maintaining the safety of all our users. •You will lead a team of Product Managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and supporting their professional growth. •Your strategic vision and execution will shape the user experience from the very first touchpoint ensuring products align with customer needs, our goals, and data security best practices. •Your leadership will help maintain the integrity and security of our user data. •This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our platform and contribute to the overall success of our organization. •You will have the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams, inspire creativity, and shape the future of our products.

Requirements

•Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or formal mentorship role. •Experience in user authentication, data security, and privacy best practices. •Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a focus on encouraging talent growth and development. •Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross-functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (e.g., design, legal), and guide the team through key milestones. •Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
