Description
• Responsible for strategic direction, leadership and management of IT infrastructure • Oversee cloud engineering, IT Operations, Helpdesk and support teams • Ensure stability, security, and efficiency of technology systems • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field with a minimum of 12 years’ experience • Minimum 8 years’ of experience in IT infrastructure and operations management in cloud-based environment • Deep experience designing, implementing and running production systems on AWS & data center management • Experience working in Infrastructure as code (IaC) environment • Proven experience operating mission-critical business systems in a highly compliant environment • Understanding security control frameworks NIST, ISO, HITRUST and regulatory requirements such as SoX, GDPR, CCPA and GxP • Proven leadership with the ability to manage and develop high-performing team • Experience with disaster recovery planning and business continuity practices
