• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy • Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health, and safety, etc. • Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development, etc. • Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics • Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance • Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labor unions • Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards • Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required • Anticipate and resolve litigation risks • Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics • Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs • Formulate career development plans • Promote inclusion in the workplace and reinforce our position as an equal-opportunity employer • Ensure our hiring, onboarding, and management procedures are effective for diverse groups • Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates • Manage internal communication projects (like job satisfaction surveys) • Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements • Lead HR projects like compensation plans revisions • Positively communicate and demonstrate the company's core values; develop and lead quarterly employee core values recognition program • Prepare and run payroll accurately, including all integrations related to employment, such as 401K plan and compliance
• BSc/BA in human resources, business administration, or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus • At least 3 years in human resources, healthcare setting preferred • Member or certified in SHRM or 15Five HR Superstars • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities • In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing employment and HR Best Practices • Experience with fundamental departments of HR • Pass drug screen test, background check, and pre-employment verification process • Must have strong operating instincts, good strategic skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to achieve goals by leveraging HR expertise • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, in the English language • Dependable, punctual, ability to meet deadlines, lead a team, be accountable, and have good ethics and etiquette • Good attention to detail • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company • Ability to follow policies and procedures, basic math skills • Motivated self-starter with a great attitude, flexibility, and entrepreneurial spirit • Able to work under pressure to prioritize and manage workload, manage simultaneous tasks and meet deadlines within a fast-paced and changing environment • Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives • Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices • A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Diligent and firm with high ethical standards • Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS) • Working Conditions: standing, walking, sitting, reaching above shoulders, reaching waist level below, able to lift 20 lbs.
