Description

• Lead and execute customer-facing marketing communications strategies • Create and implement marketing communications programs for customers • Own customer newsletter and develop customer case studies • Maintain presence on peer review sites and drive brand awareness campaigns • Support customer experience by outlining the customer journey

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field • At least three years of customer marketing experience in a B2B environment • Experience with email marketing platforms and content management systems • Familiarity with peer review sites and online reputation management • Experience working with sales and customer success teams • Understanding of customer experience journeys and touchpoints • Experience facilitating customer conversations with executives and decision-makers • AI, machine learning and technology background are a plus
