Description
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team • Streamline operations and align company-wide priorities • Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and the executive team • Manage and drive key business initiatives • Establish and track company-wide metrics, including KPIs and OKRs • Prepare internal and external communications for executive meetings • Manage complex, cross-functional projects • Build trust with the executive team • Manage the CEO’s schedule and priorities • Implement operational rigor by developing and managing operating principles • Utilize data to generate insights • Collaborate across teams to tackle high-priority challenges
Requirements
• 8+ years in business operations, strategy, or project management roles, with exposure to both strategic and tactical work • Experience in revenue operations (RevOps) or go-to-market (GTM) operations is highly desirable • A proven ability to think strategically and execute operationally, turning vision into action • Strong data analysis capabilities with the ability to interpret metrics and provide actionable insights • A track record of building trust with senior leadership and managing high-level relationships effectively • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage ambiguity with focus and discipline • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for preparing concise and impactful briefings, reports, and presentations • The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle both high-level strategic work and day-to-day operations • Resilience, self-assurance, humility, collaboration, and the ability to build trust and handle sensitive information with discretion
