Description

• Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and maintaining accurate employee records. • Manage and administer employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans. • Process payroll and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws. • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters. • Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy. • Support employee relations activities and ensure compliance with US labor laws and company policies. • Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in US HR processes and compliance. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office. • Solid understanding of US labor laws and HR best practices. • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential. • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • High level of integrity and confidentiality, with a knack for working well with diverse individuals. • You own a reliable laptop or desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) and have a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps). • Availability to work during US business hours.
