Description

• We are looking for a Manager, Security to lead the administration of 24-hour security operations for Chase Center and Thrive City. • In this role, you will provide oversight and direction to security supervisors and officers while establishing and developing processes to improve on-site security. • This position reports to the Sr. Director, Event Security. • Come share your expertise while learning more about this growing sports and entertainment organization that values your initiative and dedication! • This is a full-time position based in San Francisco, CA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum 5 years of hands-on security experience, preferably in the sports and/or live entertainment industry • 2-3 years of supervisory experience leading security staff • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs • Familiarity with payroll software and TMSS scheduling software • Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and resolution skills; Ability to read and comprehend safety documents, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals • Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and peers at all levels within an organization and throughout the community
