Description
• Partner with senior leaders on financial planning, decision-making, and execution. • Perform detailed financial analysis to identify business trends and opportunities. • Develop and own financial and business models to support key decisions. • Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts. • Develop and publish financial metrics to track company performance. • Identify high ROI opportunities and partner to make them a reality.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or a related financial role. • Ideal background: 2-3 years in investment banking and then 2-3 years in FP&A. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. • Experience with Enterprise Subscription / SaaS businesses is a plus. • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. • Advanced understanding of GAAP financial statements. • Clear track record of successfully cultivating cross-functional business partnerships • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
