Description

• Oversee execution of periodic filings with the SEC • Coordinate with Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm on execution of annual audit and quarterly review • Build and maintain relationships across functions • Monitor developments at SEC and FASB • Prepare and present information to aid Audit Committee • Act as global technical lead on strategic transactions • Proactively identifying, researching, consulting, and drafting technical memorandums • Guide and motivate a team of accounting professionals • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and disclosure requirements under US GAAP and SEC regulations

Requirements

• 15+ years accounting experience in the Big 4 and industry, including public company experience. CPA required • Experience with high growth public companies in technology industry preferred • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills accompanied by verbal and written communication skills • Strong project management, leadership, relationship development and people management skills • Results orientation, fast-paced work adaptation, drive and bias for action • Partnership and execution within a matrixed structure • Analytical, research, and project and stakeholder management skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, concise communication to senior leadership • Motivated to learn and grow and develop knowledge of unfamiliar areas
