Description

• Senior Director, Tax role provides critical enterprise-wide leadership and drives global tax strategy • Manage and lead the global tax team • Collaborate with accounting and finance teams for financial objectives

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of related experience, including 5+ years at a Director level working as part of a corporate tax department within a public technology company • CPA license and Big4 experience preferred; Masters in Tax preferred • Minimum of 5 years experience building, managing, and motivating a high-performing team of tax professionals • Effective communications skills, including the ability to synthesize complex tax issues and strategy and to communicate them in a clear and succinct manner to non tax executive audience • Experience presenting to the Audit Committee or Board of Directors preferred • Experience with tax accounting for valuation allowances, treatment of stock compensation, international tax structure and cost sharing structures • Experience successfully managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Proven record of successful internal cross-functional partnership and effective partnership with external counterparties. • Ability to partner effectively to quickly understand business objectives, propose solutions, and provide actionable guidance for integrating business objectives with tax strategies
