Requirements
4+ years of experience in managing digital paid media at an e-commerce companyâ˘Proven track record of driving measurable, effective results on paid search and video-based platforms like Youtube and OTTâ˘Utilizes a curious, data-informed, customer-centric lens to develop hypotheses and testsâ˘Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to interpret data, make insight-driven decisions and clearly articulate thought processâ˘Creative thinker with proactive and collaborative problem-solving abilitiesâ˘Highly adaptable, a continuous learner, and able to stay resilient in a fast-paced startup environmentâ˘Strong organizational, project management skills
