Description
• Responsible for retaining and expanding client relationships in Personal Lines • Lead customer experience for book of business, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service • Collaborate with Producers to develop strategies for retaining/renewing existing clients • Oversee renewal outcomes and remarketing for book of business • Build and maintain strong Carrier and Wholesale relationships
Requirements
• 3+ years of related experience within P&C personal lines in an independent agency (high net worth experience preferred) • Property & Casualty license (insurance designations are preferred) • Proficient in an Agency Management System (AMS360 preferred) • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Superior written/verbal and organizational skills
