• Serve as a strategic advisor for Windfall's product offering to customers, ensuring their success and maximizing value • Take ownership of approximately 30 key accounts, guiding them through the entire lifecycle • Instrumental in driving Windfall's growth by implementing scalable processes • Develop internal playbooks, customer-facing content, and efficient processes to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction • Actively manage Annual Recurring Revenue and contribute to strategic projects • Partner with other Windfall departments for internal enablement and documentation • Lead efforts to enhance the effectiveness of Windfall's offerings
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus • At least 3 years of experience in analytical, customer-facing roles • Established track record of building relationships and presenting to Directors, VPs and C-level executives • Passion for learning and experience with CRMs • Preferred: Prior startup experience, proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, familiarity with digital marketing and/or data ecosystems
• Comprehensive benefits package available • Salary range is $75-150k for California, $65-135k for Colorado
