Description
• The finance team provides top management with visibility for decision-making and performance understanding. • The accounting sub-function records all financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner while handling annual audit and tax work. • The Staff Accountant works closely with the Accounting Manager to complete financials monthly, refining processes and controls.
Requirements
• 0.5 - 3 years of hands-on experience as an accountant, auditor, or similar role. • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration strongly preferred. • Exemplary knowledge of how diverse transactions are typically recorded and how they flow to the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statement. • Strong Excel skills and experience working with data sets. • Self-directed and self-motivated with an ability to work independently and handle ambiguity is essential. • “Customer service” mindset and an avid team player who delights in helping others.
