• Manage all deals in the active term sheet stage for multiple funds • Oversee the term sheet to close process and reporting • Work closely with investing, compliance, finance, and legal teams to close deals • Manage special projects like the Open Source Grant project • Improve deal processes through organizational skills and detail-oriented oversight • Operate with integrity and confidentiality • Be based in the Menlo Park or San Francisco office, attend meetings in either office
• Experience working at a technology company, preferably in sales operations or deal desk roles • Ability to translate business needs into tangible processes and scale them • Comfortable setting standards and enforcing processes • Proven ability to operate autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment • Strong attention to detail and communication skills • Ability to quickly synthesize complex information and communicate effectively • Build trust, collaborate, and work with different executive styles • Desire and ability to learn about venture capital, new domains, and technologies quickly • Proficient with Salesforce CRM and business reporting tools
