Description
• Own the entire sales development effort • Drive campaigns through cold-calling, email, and LinkedIn • Partner with Sales Directors to identify target prospects • Follow-up, qualify, engage, and report on leads • Book qualified appointments and demonstrations for Sales Directors • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to position our offerings and identify new opportunities effectively
Requirements
• 3+ years of outbound sales development experience within the healthcare technology space • Ability to punch through ambiguity and ramp up quickly with limited resources • Experience with standard sales tools and a desire to explore and implement new tools to further streamline the sales process • Experience with persuasion and objection handling • Start-up mentality – all hands on deck! • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously
