• Assist the C-suite in developing comprehensive company strategies. • Support leadership in business development planning and tracking, including aligning on priority clients and offerings. • Develop a perspective on the future gross margin position based on cost reduction initiatives. • Devise communication plans for effective strategy dissemination to investors and stakeholders. • Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information and make strategic recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods. • Identify information sources, gather and interpret data, execute analyses, and present findings. • Structure and solve ambiguous issues within sales, partnerships, and supply chain. • Project manage and contribute to due diligence processes. • Establish trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify mutually beneficial solutions. • Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner. • Develop and propose recommendations on company and product strategy. • Design implementation plans and lead select initiatives. • Collaborate on high-level strategic questions, providing data-backed trade-offs and hypothesis-driven solutions. • Implement strategic initiatives aligning with operations objectives. • Consolidate key operations outputs for Marketing and Finance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field required. • 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm or business operations at a startup. • 6+ years of relevant experience in devising and implementing business strategies, incorporating quantitative analysis, conceptualization, and effective communication. • Ability to lead long-term strategic initiatives with minimal guidance. • Strong business acumen and understanding of complex business systems, processes, and data architecture. • Exceptional presentation and verbal/communication skills. • Growth mindset, strong desire to learn quickly and contribute to an industry-defining company. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging various audiences and presenting information across different mediums. • Highly professional with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders and align cross-functionally. • Strong attention to detail and superior time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet competing deadlines. • Ability to independently manage problems, develop solutions, and make proactive decisions. • Adaptable to changing work demands, comfortable managing ambiguity, and evolving priorities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and Google Sheets. • Entrepreneurial mindset, results-driven, proactive, self-starter capable of operating independently with minimal daily direction. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships. • Experience working with or managing teams in consulting, analytics, supply chain, logistics, engineering, or operations. • Previous experience in a high-growth company is preferred.
