• Help us build and support our go-to-market strategy to support our pre and post sales teams. • Identify, implement and own the tools and systems needed to drive productivity. Lead the strategic integration of Salesforce and other relevant systems (Outreach, Preqin) to streamline our sales operations. • Create dashboards and enhance existing ones to provide reliable insights into state of Sales and Customer Success. Develop and implement robust reporting and analytics strategies, focusing on pipeline management, forecasting, and territory development. Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. • Refine the sales team compensation and incentive structure including: plan elements, attainment criteria, base/variable. • Optimize sales processes and enablement strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and goals across the organization.
• 7+ years of experience working in revenue operations in a software or technology company. • Strong functional skills in Salesforce, systems integration, reporting, and analytics. • Experience in sales process optimization and enablement. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ideally, experience working in our tech stack: Outreach, Preqin, Salesforce, Gong, Metabase • A deep love of startups and passion for understanding the infrastructure of venture finance
