•We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Finance Manager to join our team at April Parker Foundation. •Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the financial aspects of our projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and meet financial objectives. •You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to develop and manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, and provide financial analysis and reporting. •Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking project expenses, managing vendor contracts, and coordinating with the finance department for project-related financial activities. •Strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills are essential for this role. •The successful candidate will have advanced proficiency in Excel and a strong background in financial management, particularly in managing project budgets and pro formas. •Reporting directly to the CFO, the Project Finance Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and analyzing project budgets, forecasting financial outcomes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA/CFA certification is a plus. •At least 5 years of experience in project finance, budgeting, or financial analysis. Experience in nonprofit or grant-funded project management is a plus. •Strong financial analysis and forecasting skills •Excellent knowledge of financial management principles and practices •Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, with advanced Excel skills •Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment •Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
