Description

• Hands-on involvement in accounts payable, cash management, and general ledger close. • Manage a full cycle of expenses, accounts payable, and accruals. • Provide support to stakeholders with procurement requests and internal teams. • Reconcile corporate card charges and enforce expense policies. • Calculate and record accrued expenses and ensure accurate financial reporting. • Track customer reimbursable expenses and generate invoices. • Assist with cash management and record daily cash activity. • Calculate and file monthly and quarterly sales and use tax. • Participate in month-end close process and analyze balance sheet accounts. • Produce financial reports to support various reporting requirements. • Prepare reconciliations and schedules for annual external audit. • Answer accounting questions and assist Finance leadership with analysis and presentations.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills – you work well under pressure. • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proactive, deadline oriented, and willing to put in additional time during peak periods. • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment. • Committed to continuously refining and streamlining processes to optimize efficiency. • NetSuite experience a plus. • Software/Technology industry experience a plus.
