• Conduct routine mammalian cell culture, including cell line banking and expansion. • Participate in cell line engineering and development of cell-based assays. • Support execution of large in vitro perturbation screens and downstream sample prep. • Execute tasks efficiently, following SOPs and ensuring accurate record keeping. • Analyze and present data at internal meetings. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Arc. • Contribute to lab organization, cleaning schedules, and inventory management.
• BS/MS or equivalent professional experience in cell biology or related field. • BS degree, 4+ years relevant experience or MS degree, 2+ years relevant experience. • Proficiency in mammalian cell culture procedures and aseptic techniques. • Knowledge of cellular, molecular and biochemical techniques like flow cytometry, qPCR, etc. • Experience with CRISPR-Cas9 or other genome editing techniques. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively. • Ability to work some weekends as needed.
