Description
• Develop and execute various in vitro, cell-based, and ex vivo assays to support characterization of biologics, enable lead selection, and elucidate mechanisms of action of multiple immunology therapeutics. • Perform high throughput screening assays for drug candidate selection with/without automation. • Support ex vivo analysis to examine drug potency and mechanisms of action. • Present rationale, design, and results of experiments to the project teams. • Work collaboratively on multiple projects concurrently and coordinate activities across functions. • Maintain electronic lab notebook documentation and support daily lab operations including equipment maintenance and sample management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in immunology/oncology/cell biology or other relevant discipline. • At least 3 years of hands-on lab experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry setting. • Strong mammalian cell culture skills and experience in running assays independently. • Hands-on experience with various laboratory techniques, including but not limited to ELISA, flow cytometry, AlphaScreen, TRF/HTRF, FRET, reporter assays, cytotoxicity assay, etc. • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment to meet project timelines and goals. • Excellent troubleshooting and data analysis skills (Excel, Prism, etc).
