Description

•Drive season and group ticket sales and manage a sales team •Communicate with various leads to sell group and season tickets •Develop go-to-market strategies and sales tactics •Meet and exceed season and group sales objectives •Maintain detailed records for group sales •Serve as onsite lead for game day activities and benefits •Develop and maintain professional relationships with various groups •Generate resources for the sales team •Promote AU positively to attract customers •Work closely with marketing and grassroots teams

Requirements

•7-10 years of related experience in outbound and inbound sales cold calling and emailing in the sports ticketing industry •At least 2 years of experience managing a sports ticketing sales team •Excellent ability to build relationships and interact and communicate with customers in a face-to-face environment •Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-through skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask •Collaborative and flexible working style with the ability to work both autonomously (remote) and within a team environment (onsite) •Willingness to travel to league locations, approximately 2-3 weeks each season •Flexible hours while onsite as game days occur on weekends and evenings •Experience with Salesforce and Google Suite products •Preference for candidates based in Nashville, with a strong network of potential customers •Previous box office or ticketing experience is a plus •Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
