• Answer customer product questions, assist with orders, track returns, accept payments for online products • Document customer interactions in a tracking system • Handle fax, e-mail, and phone inquiries • Track calls and service requests • Escalate problem calls to other service providers • Occasional warehouse product management support • Perform other tasks as assigned
• 6 months of customer interaction experience • Phone sales or support experience is preferred • Experience working in an office setting using fax, e-mail and phones preferred • Experience providing support to end users on web site navigation ideal • Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills required • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills required
