🏡 Remote – Anywhere in California
• Develop and maintain sales pipeline • Build out people and their skills to ensure team and company growth • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities • Generate, track, and report on sales team KPIs • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals • Build reports on individual and sales team performance • Negotiating on contracts/deals • Manage and coach team of sales representatives
• 3+ years experience as a sales associate or manager in the corporate/startup space • Proven record of success with the entire sales process from planning to closing • Experience using CRMs • Self-starter who thrives in fast paced environment • Ability to work both independently and within a team setting • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Nice To Have: • Experience leading a sales team • Experience selling digital marketing services • Experience tracking and optimizing sales KPI's
• Full Remote Work • $50,000-$120,000/yr • Full-time Position Monday-Friday • Opportunity to rapidly grow within your role
