• Manage, train and coach a group of 5-10 Provider Growth Associates • Drive team efficiency and support building of a scalable sales organization • Provide tailored, direct, and earnest feedback to develop skills of your reports • Balance time managing the team with your own priorities • Use metrics and data to assess sales performance and identify improvement opportunities • Be instrumental in the hiring of Provider Growth Associates
• 2+ years managing a high-performing sales development team • 5+ years in a sales function • Natural, relationship-obsessed leader empowering direct reports to meet and exceed quota • Enjoy hands-on approach to personal development and coaching • Adaptable, dynamic, and work in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional time management skills • Know how to best use metrics and data • Experience in hiring a great team
