• Serve as internal advocate for customers • Own customer relationships from implementation to lifetime • Lead customer meetings and discovery sessions • Develop customized success plans • Ensure customers utilize all features and services • Gather product feedback and advocate for new features • Create onboarding materials and conduct training • Manage incoming support requests • Run regular cadence calls and business reviews
• 5+ years of professional experience, 3 years in Customer Success or similar B2B SaaS role • Strong relationship building skills with key decision makers • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills • Ability to connect with diverse individuals • Intellectual curiosity and adaptability • Ability to thrive in a startup environment • Knowledge of core enterprise software • Passion for Banyan’s mission • Previous experience in climate, renewable energy, or ESG (not required) • Exposure to project finance or investing (not required)
