• Lead Generator Staff role in multiple warehouses in the Bay Area • Coach, schedule, train, staff, and lead generate at Costco and Home Depot locations • Services covered: HVAC, Generators, Water Treatment • Some travel required between 25-40 miles per location • Basic IT capabilities required • Interaction with retail warehouse managers • Gain potential customer details as leads • High level of professionalism & customer support • Work independently including weekends
Requirements
• Professionalism in the warehouse • Ability to coach, lead, motivate others • Reliable transportation • Clean professional appearance • Willingness to travel within Bay Area locations • Able to stand 30-40 hours a week • Friendly, approachable communication • Strong ability to generate sales
