•We are seeking a Manager of Sales Intelligence to transform sales data into actionable insights •Lead a team analyzing market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes •Collaborate with departments to maximize revenue potential •Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making
Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree required, preferred in Statistics, Economics, Math, Computer Science, Business, or related field •5+ years' experience reviewing and analyzing sales data and summarizing key takeaways for management •Strong business acumen, with analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to understand how decisions impact bottom line performance •Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity to desired outcomes, work with large datasets, and distill analyses into relevant insights with a structured and systematic thought process •Clear communicator who can story-tell with data •Advanced Excel skills & experience developing dashboards and working with business intelligence/data visualization tools, PowerBI skills preferred •5+ years of selling experience preferred •Experience in consulting, accounting, technology, CPG, beverage, or accounting industry experience preferred •Restaurant/food & beverage service industry knowledge preferred
