Description
• BPM’s Accounting Advisory team provides comprehensive financial and business advisory services to private, owner-run companies. • The Full-Charge Bookkeeper position requires handling a diverse client base from high net worth individuals to corporate accounting. • Responsible for processing accounts payable, customer invoicing, bank reconciliations, and preparing business compliance filings.
Requirements
• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience. • Experience using QuickBooks and Intacct (aka Sage Intacct). • A clear understanding of accrual and cash basis of accounting. • Excellent attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Pro-advisor certification in recent versions is a plus. • Knowledge of various accounting systems including NetSuite, Intacct, and MRI is a plus.
