Description

• Actively source new opportunities and evaluate agreements • Lead scientific and strategic assessments • Drive decision-making through deal process • Develop and recommend deal structures and financial terms • Collaborate with Legal and Finance in negotiations

Requirements

• Ph.D. or MD combined with MBA or JD • 3-5 years of biopharma business development or licensing experience • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects effectively • Deep understanding of drug discovery and development processes • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Willingness to work onsite at least three days per week
